Der am 6. Mai 2023 eingeweihte Komplex zeichnet sich durch seine Mischung an Nutzungen \u2013 B\u00fcros und technische R\u00e4ume \u2013 sowie durch seine durchdachte Integration in ein Wohngebiet aus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Bau fand zwischen 2021 und 2023 statt, wobei Hevron aktiv an der Produktion von Metallstrukturen beteiligt war.
