The MYA project, carried out by MYA Immobilier Sàrl and designed by Nigro Architecture, takes the form of a multifunctional building located on the Au Bévan route in Courtételle. Inaugurated on May 6, 2023, this complex is distinguished by its mix of uses — offices and technical spaces — and by its thoughtful integration into a residential area.

Construction was carried out between 2021 and 2023, with Hevron’s active participation in the production of metal structures. The project mobilised various trades to ensure the completion of a mixed-use building, combining contemporary aesthetics and pragmatic functionality.
